Assessments and reports: The Basic and Full Predictability Assessments produce a directional read of your business based on the answers you provide. Results are informational and are not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. Outcomes depend on the accuracy of your answers and on the work you do afterwards.
Text messaging: Where you opt in, IK Systems may send you text messages. Message frequency varies, and message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Intellectual property: The Predictability System™, The Predictability Framework™, the Predictability Index and all site content are the property of IK Systems. You may share reports we produce for you internally; please do not republish our materials without written permission.
Limitation of liability: The site and assessments are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, IK Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
