What we collect, and what we do with it.

Plain language. IK Systems collects only what it needs to deliver your assessment and follow up with you.

Information we collect: We collect the information you give us directly: your name, company, email address, phone number, website, and the answers you provide in the Basic or Full Predictability Assessment. We also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it: We use your information to prepare and deliver your assessment report, respond to your request, schedule conversations, and — where you have opted in — send occasional updates about our work. We do not sell your information.
Text messaging: If you consent on a form, we may send text messages to the phone number you provide. Non-marketing messages cover your assessment results, scheduling and service updates. Marketing messages are sent only with separate, explicit consent. Message frequency varies, and message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Sharing: We share information only with service providers who help us operate — email delivery, our customer records system, and analytics — and only to the extent they need it. We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention and security: We keep assessment and contact records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations. Records are stored in access-controlled systems.
Your choices: You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from any message, by writing to info@ik-systems.com.
